We want you to be happy with your Last1Standing order. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

Change-of-mind returns

For eligible online orders, customers may have a legal right to cancel or return their order within a cooling-off period, depending on their country or region.

For UK and EU customers, this generally means you can notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to cancel, and then return the item within a further 14 days.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused, unopened where applicable, and in resaleable condition.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Where an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective or incorrect, we may offer a replacement, reprint, refund or another appropriate solution.

Return postage

Return postage responsibility may depend on the reason for the return and the customer’s location.

If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we will review the issue and advise the next steps.

If the return is a change-of-mind return, the customer may be responsible for return postage unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Non-returnable items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Items not in resaleable condition

  • Personalised or custom-made items, where applicable

  • Items returned outside the applicable return window, unless required by law
